I bake mine in a Belgian iron but a plain one works as well. I do recommend a teflon coated iron though, unless you like grease just about everywhere,hahaha

Mix 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of baking protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and optional sweeteners. Beat 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of canola oil and 2 cups of skimmed milk. Beat an egg white rigid and gently add it to the mix. Bake!

Around 650 calories for the lot and about 55 g protein, how about that :-)
