Title: Loosing a couple of pounds... 2011-10-22 12:22:34
Still sticking to the diet plan, substituted the Chocolate bar for a Brownie. Tossing up whether to reduce my 2nd coffee to a small or even a decaf, a bit worried that i'm losing weight too quickly and will get the crap belted out of me when I start training again. I want to be able to run for 30mins without stopping by late february.
